VoxScreen is one-way video interview software for small hiring teams. You describe the role, and AI writes tailored interview questions and a scoring rubric. Candidates answer from a single link on their phone or laptop, by video or voice, with no scheduling, app install or account. Every answer comes back transcribed and scored against each rubric criterion, with the reasoning shown, and candidates arrive as a ranked shortlist with AI summaries. Spoken language level is reported on the CEFR scale (A1โC2), and interviews run in English, Spanish, French, German and Brazilian Portuguese. Every plan, including Free, has unlimited team members, unlimited active jobs, custom branding, a REST API, webhooks, Zapier and Make. Free covers 50 candidates a month with no credit card; Starter is $39/month and Premium $149/month, and paid plans only raise the candidate limit.
