What is Vault Desk?
Vault Desk is an end-to-end encrypted file vault for web and mobile. Your files are encrypted on your device before they are uploaded, so the server only ever stores ciphertext and wrapped keys. That means even the company can’t read your files. It supports secure sharing, public links with optional passwords and expiry, account recovery with a one-time recovery key, and sign-in with OPAQUE so your password never leaves your device. It also uses key transparency to make key swaps detectable. The product works across browser, iOS, and Android with the same crypto core, and offers free and paid plans for personal use and teams.
