What is TraceUX?
TraceUX is a self-hosted UX platform that helps you understand what users do on your site. It records sessions as DOM events, so you can replay clicks, scrolls, and route changes without video. It also includes feedback widgets, support tickets, announcements, logs, and performance insights in one place. You run it on your own server as a single Go binary with embedded SQLite, keeping control of your data. There are no vendor session caps, no required SaaS account, and no per-seat billing when self-hosted. It also supports Slack alerts, sensitive field masking, and direct setup through npm, script tags, or Google Tag Manager.
