What is Raddly?

Raddly connects to your Google Business Profile through Google's official API and pulls the reviews for every branch into one inbox. AI drafts each reply in the language the reviewer actually used (Gulf Arabic, Egyptian Arabic, Modern Standard Arabic or English) and in the brand tone you set once during setup. Nothing is published in your name until you approve it. Auto-Pilot, if you switch it on, covers four and five star reviews only. One to three stars are held for a human every time. That is not a setting you can change; it is how the system is built, and it is deliberate. Raddly Collect gives you a QR code, a short link or a WhatsApp message your staff can send to ask a customer for feedback. Private feedback stays private and is never submitted to Google. The "Review us on Google" button renders identically for every rating, because showing it only to happy customers is review gating and Google's policy forbids it.
