What is markdownview?

A browser-based Markdown viewer that opens files in read mode and keeps everything local. It renders .md files with Mermaid diagrams, LaTeX math, GFM tables, and task lists, so long docs look clean and easy to read. You can drop in a file, paste Markdown, or open one from the terminal with a small shell command. It also includes handy converters for Markdown to Word, DOCX, HTML, PDF, PNG, and CSV, plus Mermaid to PNG and SVG. There’s no signup, no editor clutter, and nothing gets uploaded to a server.
