What is Lispr?
Lispr is a free voice and translation app for macOS. Hold a key, speak in your own language, and the text appears right at your cursor in any app, whether that's Slack, VS Code, or the terminal. Add a second key while speaking to translate the sentence into another language instead of just dictating it. You can even switch languages mid-sentence, and Lispr types each part in the language you spoke. No account, no setup. It supports 99 languages, lets you add custom vocabulary for names, code, and client terms, and runs on Intel Macs as well as Apple silicon (macOS 11+). The whole app is 3.67 MB, lives in your menu bar and Dock, and retains zero audio.
