What is Keebye?
Keebye is push-to-talk dictation for Mac and Windows. Hold a hotkey, speak naturally, and your words are typed into the app you’re using, including terminals, SSH, and tmux sessions. It runs speech-to-text on your computer, so audio never leaves the device. You can clean up filler words automatically, add a custom dictionary for your product names, and choose between English-only or 25-language support. It also keeps local text history, works offline after models are downloaded, and avoids typing into secure password fields on Mac.
