Customizable request forms can be embedded on websites to capture job details and generate estimates. Once approved, the platform facilitates deposit collection before scheduling. The scheduling function links job records with worker availability and client information to avoid booking conflicts. Field workers access job packets, upload photos, and add notes within the system. The invoicing feature combines estimates, photos, work notes, and payment status for client review. With Stripe Connect integration, clients can submit payments, download documents, and access past job records from a dedicated portal. The platform was developed from workflows tested in an operating service business.
