What is Form Plume?

Form Plume is a simple backend for HTML and JavaScript forms. You point your form at one endpoint, and it takes care of spam filtering, inbox delivery, file uploads, autoresponders, signed webhooks, and integrations with tools like Slack, Discord, Google Sheets, ActiveCampaign, and Mailchimp. It works well for static sites, landing pages, and common web builders like Webflow, Framer, Astro, Next.js, React, Vue, and Shopify. There’s no backend to maintain and no secret API key to expose in the browser. Submissions are stored in a searchable dashboard, routed where you need them, and protected with layered checks so real leads keep coming through.
