What is Exporindo?

Exporindo is an official Alibaba.com Channel Partner for East Java and an export enabler for Indonesian brands that want to go global. We work as a product sourcing partner for buyers looking for Indonesian goods, and as the team that gets Indonesian producers ready to sell abroad. Most partners stop once the Alibaba.com account is live. Exporindo stays with the seller until the first 3 to 5 orders ship. The base package covers Global Gold Supplier setup and verification, an export readiness audit, a storefront built with real copy and images, catalog upload, and initial market research on which countries want the product. Compliance is led by co-founder Firman, who spent five years at Indonesian Customs. The team checks HS codes, permits, restricted goods, destination rules such as FDA, EU GPSR, quarantine and halal, and shipping documents before a seller commits to a buyer. On the marketing side, the team has marketed more than 300 brands and is a Meta Business Partner and TikTok Marketing Partner. Exporindo runs the Alibaba store like a campaign: listings and keywords per target country, Alibaba ads, email outreach to importers, plus Meta, TikTok and Google ads.
