What is CopyThat?

CopyThat is a simple dispatch and scheduling tool for 2–10 truck service businesses. It replaces messy group texts, whiteboards, and spreadsheets with one board that the office runs from anywhere. Jobs are added as cards, dragged to a tech, and the tech gets a text right away. They reply with short messages like OTW, HERE, or DONE, and the board updates automatically. There’s no app to install, no login for techs, and no per-user pricing. It also keeps customer and job history searchable, supports CSV import and export, and can send customer ETA texts on higher plans. The focus is just dispatch, not invoicing, marketing, or GPS tracking.
