What is AnyRedact?
AnyRedact finds and removes personal information from PDFs, images, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, text and audio files. Open a file in the browser editor, check the AI findings, untick anything to keep, select text or draw boxes to add more, then download a copy with black bars or labels. Redacted content is removed from the file, not hidden under a box, and author names, document properties, photo locations and audio tags are stripped from the download. A second AI pass checks the result for anything left before saving. It detects names, addresses, phone numbers, ID numbers, bank details, online identifiers, dates, and optionally faces, screens, road signs and number plates in pictures. Nothing leaves the browser until the user agrees, and files are processed in memory and never stored. Free with 10 credits a day and no watermark; monthly plans and credits that never expire are available for more.
