Inflowave is an AI CRM for marketing agencies that run social messaging, lead capture and client reporting from one account. The most common entry point is the Pro plan on the pricing page, which costs $297 a month and includes 10 social accounts, 10 client workspaces, 10,000 leads and 5 team members, plus a free done-for-you account buildout. The pricing page labels it "MOST POPULAR".
The product is organized around client workspaces rather than seats. Each client gets an isolated workspace for conversations, leads and reporting, and the agency team works all of them from a shared inbox. The company's own resource article on CRMs for marketing agencies describes the plans as billed per workspace rather than per seat.
That structure matters for the plan comparison below, because the tiers differ mostly in how many clients, accounts and people they allow before an agency has to move up.
Plans and what each tier allows
The pricing page lists four tiers.
- Business costs $149 a month and includes 1 social account, 1 client workspace, 1,000 leads or contacts, and 1 team member.
- Pro is the plan described above.
- Max costs $497 a month and includes 50 social accounts, 50 client workspaces, unlimited leads, unlimited team members, and white-label client dashboards.
- Enterprise is custom-priced and is the only tier with unlimited client workspaces, custom integrations, a dedicated account manager, an uptime SLA, and data-processing agreements.
The Agencies page lists the same workspace counts under the names Business, Agency Pro and Agency Max, and adds that adding a client does not add a per-client charge for AI, messaging, or a client portal. The same page notes that white-label branding, meaning the agency's own domain, logo and client portal, is only available on the Agency Max plan.
Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial. Refund terms are narrow: the pricing page states refunds are only given within 14 days of a charge if the account sent fewer than 100 outbound messages or ran fewer than 5 active workflows. An agency that connects several clients and starts sending in the first week can pass those thresholds before it has decided whether to keep the tool.
How the AI CRM for marketing agencies separates clients
The Features page describes a Unified Inbox that puts every DM, comment and message across all connected accounts into one inbox a team can work together. The FAQ on the same page addresses the multi-client question directly: "Accounts are isolated per client workspace, so conversations, leads and reporting stay separate, and agency plans add white-label client portals."
Instagram is connected through the official Instagram Messaging/Graph API rather than by logging into the account. The Features page says this avoids the restriction risk of scraping tools. For an agency that holds access to client accounts, that distinction is worth checking against each client's own platform obligations.
The features page also positions the product against two named alternatives: "ManyChat is a chatbot builder with an excellent flow editor and no real CRM behind it. GoHighLevel is a broad agency platform that treats every channel the same way." Those are Inflowave's words, not an independent comparison, and the fact sheet for this article contains no pricing or limits for either product.
Automation reference and MCP server
The Automation Reference documentation lists 52+ trigger types, 37+ step types, 30+ condition types, and 12+ variables available for building workflows. That is the inventory an agency would use to build per-client flows such as lead routing or reply handling.
For agencies that want to drive the CRM from an AI agent or assistant, the MCP documentation states the MCP server exposes 438 total tools across 38 modules, including 185 write tools, connected at https://mcp.inflowave.io/mcp. Write tools mean an agent can change records rather than only read them, so access to that endpoint deserves the same care as a human seat with edit rights.
Capacity limits and other drawbacks
The clearest limitation sits at the bottom of the ladder. The single-workspace Business plan above comes with one connected social account and one team seat, and the pricing page itself describes it as "the plan most customers outgrow within 3-6 months as they add clients or scale volume." At the top, Max caps at 50 client workspaces, and unlimited workspaces require custom-priced Enterprise. For an agency managing many clients from day one, this is a real capacity and cost ceiling.
The company says as much in its own content. The resource article on CRMs for SEO agencies states plainly that an agency running more than fifty client workspaces is not a fit for the tool and that the company would rather say so up front.
The marketing agencies resource article lists three further drawbacks: smaller brand recognition than HubSpot or Salesforce, lighter support for classic B2B outbound and cold email, and a younger template ecosystem than GoHighLevel. An agency whose core service is cold outbound should weigh the second point before trialing.
On data, the Privacy Policy outlines data collected from connected accounts, calendar content, and communication transcripts as part of delivering CRM and automation features. Agencies handling client inboxes should read that page before connecting accounts, since the transcripts in question belong to the client's customers. Data-processing agreements, as noted in the plan list above, are an Enterprise-only item.
What agency surveys say about AI in client work
Six recent surveys give context for why agencies are shopping in this category at all.
- CallRail's 2026 Agency Marketing Outlook Report, a survey of 100 agency professionals in October 2025, found agencies prioritizing AI for personalization (68%), lead scoring and qualification (60%), and content creation (56%). The same report found only 3% of agencies report client relationships lasting 36+ months, while 57% report 12-24 month lifespans, which is one reason per-workspace billing with no per-client add-on charge is worth modeling against churn.
- AgencyAnalytics' 2026 Marketing Agency Benchmarks Report found 79% of agencies save 5+ hours per week using AI, and 38% already have agentic AI running internal workflow automation, the top use case for agentic AI.
- NinjaCat's 2025 research on the agency of the future, a survey of 547 U.S. agency decision-makers in January 2025, found 91% actively using AI and 96% saying AI is key to scaling and serving more clients without expanding payroll.
- UserEvidence's AI and the Agency of the Future report found 89% of agency decision-makers believe AI will let them expand their client roster using existing resources, and 42% rely on AI for operations and workflow management.
- Basis Technologies' 2025 Advertising Agency Report found 75.6% of agency leaders plan to increase AI investment over the next 12 months, with generative AI now used at 97.7% of agencies.
- Digital Applied's 250-agency agentic AI survey found 41% have at least one AI agent in production, up from 9% a year earlier, with a median reported ROI of 3.2x. Evaluation and testing was the top adoption blocker, named by 49%.
None of these surveys name Inflowave. They describe demand for the category, not results from this product.
Agencies with more than one client can skip the Business tier, count their current client workspaces and connected social accounts against the Pro and Max limits above, and start the 7-day free trial on whichever tier fits. Keeping outbound volume under the refund thresholds during that first stretch leaves the 14-day refund option open while the team tests the inbox and workflows.
