What is Leash?
Leash is a CLI-first deployment platform for apps you build with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex. It handles auth, databases, and integrations so you do the setup once and reuse it across new apps. Each app gets its own database by default, and you can opt into a shared database when needed. It supports one-command deploys, auto-detects popular frameworks, and lets you control access with public, private, or company-only settings. The goal is to make it easy to move from a local project to a live app without the usual setup work, repeated OAuth wiring, or extra subscription mess.
Key features
- Deploy apps with one command and automatic framework detection.
- Provision isolated Postgres databases automatically for every new app.
- Set up auth once and reuse it across all apps.
- Reuse Stripe, Notion, Slack, and other integrations easily.
- Control app access with public, private, or domain rules.
- Validate builds and configs before deployment to catch issues.
