What is InterviewWatch?

It includes a simple ATS for collecting applicants from careers pages, CSV uploads, and API submissions, plus a separate Interview Monitor that watches for signs of AI help, hidden overlays, extra displays, clipboard bursts, remote control, and other suspicious signals during live interviews. The monitor uses consent-first, metadata-only tracking, with no screen, audio, or video capture. It creates a signed, tamper-evident timeline that hiring teams can review later.
