What is Hay.chat?
Hay.chat is AI customer service software for ecommerce and SaaS teams. It resolves support tickets instead of just answering questions about them. Hay connects to the tools you already run, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Stripe, Zendesk, HubSpot and Klaviyo. It takes the actions that close a ticket: processing refunds, tracking orders, changing subscriptions, editing addresses and updating customer records. There are 310+ actions across 12 integrations. You set it up in plain language, using the help docs and policies you already have. No flow builders, no code. You decide what Hay resolves on its own and what goes to a person. Human approval is on by default for sensitive actions like refunds, and every decision is logged with its reasoning. Anything Hay can't answer confidently goes to your team with the full context attached. Hay works across web chat, email, WhatsApp and Instagram, in multiple languages. Pricing is a flat monthly plan with resolutions included, from €50/month. There's no per-seat fee and no per-resolution charge on your included volume, so the bill doesn't climb as the AI gets better. It's built as an alternative to Intercom Fin, Zendesk AI, Gorgias and Tidio for teams that want predictable costs. Hay is hosted in the EU. The code is source-available, so your team can audit it or self-host it. Try it free for 30 days, no credit card needed.
