FORMA is an AI fitness platform that helps people train smarter with workouts, exercise guides, nutrition tools, and progress tracking. Its body map lets you tap on muscles to see the best exercises for each area, while the AI workout generator builds plans based on your goals, equipment, time, and injuries. The app also includes a big exercise library with form tips and animated demos, meal planning with calorie and macro targets, fitness calculators, weight tracking, and strength standards. It works as a fullscreen offline PWA with reminders, and offers free and premium plans for lifters, beginners, and coaches.
