What is Agent Salaries?

Agent Salaries shows what real estate agents and brokers earn in every state: the Bureau of Labor Statistics' May 2025 median, 25th and 75th percentile pay, how many agents the survey counted, and each state's rank. Each state with a published median gets its own page with the states ranked around it. Most agents are independent contractors paid by commission and sit outside the survey, so every page explains that the BLS figure is a floor for employed agents rather than typical commission income.
